REGISTER

Online registration is the fastest, easiest way to register and it's also the best way to guarantee you get the sessions you want before they're sold out. When you register online, you can either pay via credit card or check. If you opt to send a check, we must receive it within two weeks of your registration. Important Dates and Policies

If you register online with a credit card, full payment is due at the time of registration. If you opt to pay by check, payment must be received within two weeks of registration in order to secure your rate.

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at howconference@fwpubs.com by April 18, 2008. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by fax or email until April 28, 2008. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the Conference.

(Group rates are per person and require 3 or more registrations from the same company received on the same day. A separate registration must be completed for each attendee in your group. Student registration requires student ID and documentation of 12 credit hours to qualify; see FAQ for details.)

Guest

Guest registration is $300 and includes admission to all Continental Breakfasts, Sunday's Opening Reception and the Tuesday Evening Reception. Applies to spouse, significant other or friend in a non-related industry.

Studio Tours and Pre-Conference Workshops

See the Studio Tour or Pre-Conference Workshops pages for more details and pricing. Space is limited, and these events sell out quickly. It's first-come, first-served, so register early.

How To Use Coupons

If you would like to use a coupon you've received, be sure to input your code when prompted. (If you're part of a design organization and you are interested in receiving special rates for you and your members, contact us.)

Confirmation Packet

For attendees who register before May 1, 2008, confirmation packets will be sent via email to the email address listed on your registration form. Attendees who register after May 1, 2008 can pick up their materials on-site. All attendees will receive badges and Conference bags when they check in at the start of the Conference.

Special Needs

We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please send an email to howconference@fwpubs.com.
